(1) 项目名称 慈溪市综合物流园区 (2 ) 项目地点 慈溪市综合物流园区位于慈溪主城区以北杭州湾新区以南区域,具体位于沈海高速以南,东 三环北路以西,建附路以北,新城大道 (规划中)以东地块。项目用地距离杭州湾跨海大桥南连 接线 (沈海高速)慈溪出口仅 400 米之遥,四灶浦江穿园而过,园区一小时交通圈涵盖机场、港 口、铁路货运场站等基础设施。 (3 ) 项目开发单位 拟成立慈溪市综合物流园区管理委员会,并由下属慈溪市商贸投资有限公司负责园区总体开 发及园区基础设施建设等前期工作。 (4 ) 规划期限 慈溪市综合物流园区规划期限为 10 年,分为近中期 (2011-2015 年)和中远期 (2016-2020 年)两个阶段。近中期主要为园区建设阶段,其中 2011-2013 年为一期建设阶段,2014-2015 年为 二期建设阶段,2016-2020 年为园区发展阶段。 (5)规划内容 根据园区战略定位以及项目地块的实际分布情况,采取 “服务功能集聚,区块有机结合”的 规划思路,有层次的打造慈溪市综合物流园区 “一轴、二基地、六区”的功能布局。“一轴”即沿 江商务轴;“二基地”为供应链集成服务基地和区域分拨分销基地;“六区”分别为货运配载区、 仓储配送区、总部集聚区、专业物流区、延伸发展区以及综合配套区。 (6) 建设规模及内容 慈溪市综合物流园区总规模 2028 亩,一期开发 1408 亩,二期开发 620 亩,计划总投入 30 亿元,投资强度约 148 万元/亩。 1 入长三角成为可能 2 建设背景及发展环境 杭州湾跨海大桥开通后,慈溪市 2 小时交通圈内已拥有上海港、大小洋山港、宁波港四大海 港,以及上海、杭州、宁波三大国际空港,区位优势明显,腹地资源广阔,辐射功能加强。大桥
